Reacting to Breaking Joss Whedon News

Posted in tv by bennhoff on August 20th, 2017

This is a very unique episode of the podcast that we didn't expect to make and hope to not again.  Joss Whedon's ex-wife has made some stunning and credible allegations regarding their marriage that Chelsea and Bob felt needed to be addressed before continuing on with the show.  This is not a discussion of Buffy, but more an examination of the disappointment in the show's creator and how his alleged actions relate to his brand of feminism.  If you want to just listen to the epsidoe recaps, feel free to skip this one.  However, it was felt that the show couldn't be done in good conscience without first addressing the breaking news.  The original article that is refernced and penned by Kai Cole (Whedon's ex) can be found here... http://www.thewrap.com/joss-whedon-feminist-hypocrite-infidelity-affairs-ex-wife-kai-cole-says/
